Unable to Submit Listing for Review: ERR_BAD_RESPONSE (Status Code 503, AxiosError)

Summary

Hi, I just edited the price of one of my products “Post Apocalyptic Street Bundle (Saint Malos Street)” and after clicking on submit for review, nothing happened. So I unlisted the product to list it again and noticed that there is no list again option. Beside that the submit botton does not work again!
Would you please check it and return my product to FAB?

Same here among other people, their api function Promote is giving 503 error.

Same here. I’m updating description and when I submit for review the “close” window appears and disappears in a flash and the assets stays in draft mode.
Tried in 2 different browsers. Also cleared my cache. Logged out and in. Nothing.

Came here to see if it happens to others.
Hope they will fix it fast.

Nope, it happens only for non migrated product(where the icon Owned is not even displayed which is another issue again) and since 2 days ago.

Clicking Submit just return a fail function api from Promote when viewing the Console debug.

Everyone recently is getting that issue it seem: New Bug when you edit a product price or unlist it - #3

Yes, i confirm the function Promote just fail as 503 error.

For me it’s happening with only one of my projects which was migrated from epic marketplace to FAB before. It was working fine, I put a discount for Black Friday and yesterday I changed the price and add a few more tags, Edit the description (Just removed the black Friday discount sentences) and then I clicked on submit many times and it did not work even once. So I unlist it and now,I can not list it again nor submit it again.

It’s happening to me as well…again and on most of my products, can this be fixed for real Epic?..

Same here for listing 32564c9f-5ace-4d02-bf81-2adf01188a4b. It’s been ongoing for 3 days.

It happens with migrated assets as well. Most of my assets are migrated.
I need to update all my assets with something in the description and so far can’t submit to review any of them.

Happens to me as well. Thought it had something to do with the sale but still happens afterwards.

Staffs, Please DO something. Please HELP the sellers. They are now experiencing financial crisis; which is causing them real-world problems and health issues. Please FIX this issue. One of the most popular assets “Horror Engine” is nowhere to be found. Customers are looking to buy these well-known assets but they are all stuck in “DRAFT - Status.” These assets are GONE for weeks now. Please reply with an update and please, keep updating!
