Unable to Submit Listing for Review: ERR_BAD_RESPONSE (Status Code 503, AxiosError)

Summary

I’m unable to submit updates for two of my assets, which are in the ‘Update - Draft’ status. When I click ‘Submit for review’, the confirmation window appears as expected, and I select the ‘Automatic publication’ option. However, after confirming, the window closes, and nothing else happens. The assets still remain in the ‘Update - Draft’ status.

Steps to Reproduce

I’m not 100% sure but I think this causes the problem: Submit an update for a live asset, then cancel the submission. After the asset enters the status ‘Update - Draft’ I’m no longer able to submit it again.

Expected Result

Pressing ‘Submit for review’ and confirming should submit the asset for review

Observed Result

after confirming the ‘submit for review’ nothing happens

I can’t send it for review, it always resets to “draft” :confused:

Same issue here too, steps to repro is exactly same. Submitted for review but cancelled it. Now it doesn’t submit.

Same here, getting this error in the console: “CSRF Failed: Origin checking failed - https://www.fab.com/ does not match any trusted origins.”

There is a comment above that it should work again. For me it did work as expected and I’m no longer experiencing the bug.
