Unable to submit 'Update - Draft'

Summary

I’m unable to submit updates for two of my assets, which are in the ‘Update - Draft’ status. When I click ‘Submit for review’, the confirmation window appears as expected, and I select the ‘Automatic publication’ option. However, after confirming, the window closes, and nothing else happens. The assets still remain in the ‘Update - Draft’ status.

Steps to Reproduce

I’m not 100% sure but I think this causes the problem: Submit an update for a live asset, then cancel the submission. After the asset enters the status ‘Update - Draft’ I’m no longer able to submit it again.

Expected Result

Pressing ‘Submit for review’ and confirming should submit the asset for review

Observed Result

after confirming the ‘submit for review’ nothing happens

Same issue on my product Fab

I can’t send it for review, it always resets to “draft” :confused:

Same issue here too, steps to repro is exactly same. Submitted for review but cancelled it. Now it doesn’t submit.

Same here, getting this error in the console: “CSRF Failed: Origin checking failed - https://www.fab.com/ does not match any trusted origins.”

Hey there, is anyone still experiencing this issue?

Today I tried editing a listing that was in draft. I changed the poster and added images. After editing, I clicked ‘Submit for Review’ and it was submitted, with the status ‘Update - Pending Approval.’ But after some time, it passed the review, and I saw that the old images were still on the product, and the product status changed to ‘Update - Draft.’

Hi @PULSAR_BYTES. I’m having the same problem and yes it happened after cancel submission. Have you found a solution? I’ve been waiting for weeks for them to fix it but no one is helping.

There is a comment above that it should work again. For me it did work as expected and I’m no longer experiencing the bug.
