Unable to submit 'Update - Draft'

Summary I’m unable to submit updates for two of my assets, which are in the ‘Update - Draft’ status. When I click ‘Submit for review’, the confirmation window appears as expected, and I select the ‘Automatic publication’ option. However, after confirming, the window closes, and nothing else happens. Same here among other people, their api function Promote is giving 503 error.
