Problem: 50% of the time I am allowed into my project and then another 50% time it actually plays the project. What occurs is my monitor flashes blacks and states please update your drivers and closes everything. However the drivers are already updated and I have rolled them back numerous amount of times/versions.
Things I have tried:
Tried different versions of drivers
System Restore
CMD system checks and health checks
Cleaned PC (Physically)
Moved Graphics Card to different slot
Added a TdrDelay and TdrLevel
Check Power Supply (Power supply is always giving power since I can tell if it turns off and it isn’t since the lights stay on)
Deleted files within the project and then rebuilt them upon starting

Graphics Card: RX 570 8GB
RAM: 24 GB of memory and
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 (14nm) 3.2 GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus STRIX B350-F GAMING ATX AM4 Motherboard
