Unable to send changes to the URC

Summary

This problem didn’t start after update 38.00, but began last night for me.

Every time I try to send changes to the URC, I consistently get the same error :

To work around the problem:
Copy all the files from your map’s Content folder to a separate folder on your computer.
Undo any local changes you made in the UEFN.
Close UEFN and replace the previous Content files in their original location.
Restart UEFN; sending the changes should no longer trigger the error message.
