Hi everyone,
I’ve seen different variations of this problem but havent seen a solution yet.
For the past few days I’ve been trying to Retake the tax interview, with no success. When I click the button to retake it just brings me back to the creator portal homepage.
Ive ben back and forth with Epic support but havent been able to solve this.
Anybody out there have any experience resolving this?

Steps to Reproduce
Clicking the “Retake Tax Interview” button.
Expected Result
Takes me to the Tax interview to complete a new tax interview that replaces my old.
Observed Result
After clicking “Retake Tax Interview” button I am returned to the Creator Portal main page.

PC and Mac. Tried on multiple browsers such as Edge, Brave, Firefox and Chrome
