Unable to rebuild shaders

Hi guys. I am not certain if this is the right place to post this. Feel free to move this post if needed.

Having a bit of an issue here with rebuilding my shaders.

Starting from the beginning

This issue started after upgrading my motherboard and ram capacity.

What I was using:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2H-GSM
Intel 6th Generation Core i7 3.4GHZ
8 GIGS DDR 4 2100MHZ
1TB SATA HARD DRIVE
Geforce GTX 970 OC
Windows 10 Pro

What I am using now

Motherboard: MSI Gaming M7
Intel 6th Generation Core i7 3.4GHZ
32gb DDR 4 2100 - soon to be upgraded to 64gb
512gb Toshiba SSD (My projects are saved on a separate 2 tb drive)
Geforce GTX 970 OC
Windows 10 Pro

I am running 4.10.4

When I made the upgrade above I did reinstall windows and all the software I use. After installing UE 4.10.4 I expected the shaders to rebuild, they did not.

So I deleted my DerivedData folder and launched my project again. No go. They did not rebuild. I have reinstalled 4.10.4 multiple times, no help.

I do not know if this helps but I tried changing the engine scaleability. It makes no difference whether it is on epic or if it is on low the performance when I play looks the same. Choppy and laggy and visually the exact same quality.

I have attached my DXDIAG.

So the question is, is there another way to force rebuild shaders?

Thank you in advance.

Bump. Anyone?

Clear derived data cache. Mostly placed somewhere there C:\Users\FrederickHansXaverBrausebart\AppData\Local\UnrealEngine\Common\DerivedDataCache
You can delete all, what’s in there, not the folder DDC itself.
Then try again.
But when you still had deleted it.
Try to create a fresh project and migrate your level there try rebuild of the level there.
But when game is laggy, check your chipset driver (MB change)
Many errors at the DX end Google
