@skfabby hi, it looks like the issue is still not fixed. @xCynobi made a lot of effort using different cc and made an account(forum) to report it. That issue could possibly affect more people since most people wouldn’t report it. It thinks it is worth putting a team to investigate the recent declined transaction.

EMP-15022 has been ‘Closed’. We’re unable to reproduce this issue.
I have the same problem right now,
- I’ve tried with 2 cards from the same bank. asked for authorization didn’t work,
- then I tried with a debit card from another bank, didn’t work,
- tried with Paypal, didn’t work.
- Tried with the first card in Udemy and it worked there.
but before this problem occur I was able to pay 3 products in fab.com with the first card yesterday 
Just as an update.
I was able to complete the checkout, I added the 3rd card I tried tu use in the checkout to paypal and it worked from there.
I have the same problem right now,

I have also tried multiple different assets and none can check out, it either tries to get me to approve a payment with my bank for £0.00 or paypal just wont go through with the payment. But my cards and paypal work else where just fine.

Hi, @SkyeEden the bug needs to be re-opened; people still have the same problem otherwise it will never be fixed.
I’m having the same issue now, iv purchased assets yesterday and now it won’t let me purchase anymore. Iv tried several cards same issue it won’t let me put assets into my cart even. Painful I have a time sensitive project and I can’t purchase assets. I have to go else where untill it’s resolved
Contact them on support.fab.com/s/?ProductOrigin=FabSupport , they should be able to fix it for your account.
Try to make a purchase on other browsers as well like Edge, Opera.
Hi, @SkyeEden I have the same purchasing problem. I tried everything. The problem is with my account. I sent an email to Fab support twice and each time I got the reply that they can’t do anything.
This is a crazy answer, they should follow up on the problem but they say we can’t do anything, the issue is closed, we are ignoring you
Is that issue still going on?
Try those:
- logout and relogin
- switch to another browser
- pay with Paypal

Does the payment issue also happen on a new epic account ?

This is happening to me as well, tried multiple cards, nothing works.
Got it resolved or no? Mine started today, cant purchase anything even with multiple cards
