Summary
For several weeks, I’m experiencing a recurring issue when trying to publish new versions of my Fortnite island “Evil Project” using UEFN. Each submission (even private) takes over 24 hours and always ends with the same error message:
“A problem occurred during submission. Please try again by creating a new version…”
I tried changing the title, description, thumbnail, map content – nothing works. This issue happens repeatedly and prevents me from pushing any updates.
This is NOT a rejection due to the Island Rules, and I haven’t received any notification or moderation message. I believe it’s a technical issue with the publishing process itself.

Publishing
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new private version of my island “Evil Project”
- Click “Publish”
- Wait for submission
- After 24+ hours, receive the error “A problem occurred during submission”
- Retry with different version, same result
Expected Result
The version should be published or rejected with a clear explanation if it breaks any island rules.
Observed Result
After long validation (24h+), it always fails with the same vague error:
“A problem occurred during submission. Please try again…”
No details, no feedback, no warning.

Additional Notes
This issue has occurred with multiple private versions in a row.
I have tried modifying every aspect of the island (title, assets, thumbnail…) and still get the same result.
It seems unrelated to any moderation or rules violation.
Please let me know if more logs or details are needed.
