Summary
Hi, for the past few days I have been accepted to the Fortnite Island Developers program since there were changes to the requirements. Before these changes I did not meet the requirements as I did not want to make a tax profile just for publishing rights so I left my enrollment unfinished for the time being. When these new requirements were pushed out I went onto the Developer portal and it stated that I was accepted into the program and was allowed to publish my maps, however I was still unable despite me accepting all agreements (except SaC because it requires a tax profile). I have contacted Epic support but my ticket was closed without me being able to finish explaining my issue, tried reaching out on X (formally twitter) with no responses as this time. If a developer could go onto my account or profile and fix this publishing issue for me that will be extremely helpful as my account is quite literally just in a limbo.
If you are wondering what it says when I try uploading a map, here is the exact response I get: Please sign the Fortnite Developer Terms to publish. Roles with publishing permissions that have already signed may publish this project.

Went to fortnite creator portal as well as in game to attempt to publish a map.
Expected Result
It is supposed to let me publish my map

It states “Want to learn how to publish?”.
