Summary
When placing Any walls, Flooring, Roofs, stairs ETC with the creative phone with build to prop set as [disabled], you are unable to rotate, Flip, or see the preview of the building item, Re-starting my switch has not yielded any results of it being fixed.

With Build to prop disabled, attempt to select any building item, if you cant see the preview, its bugged.
Expected Result
just fix it please, ive been dealing with this for a month.
Observed Result
over multiple updates the bug is still here.
