Unable to Pass Trader Verification

I have been trying many times but still cannot pass the trader verification. The official sent me an email, asking me to complete it before November 19th. Otherwise, my account will be suspended. This makes me feel very urgent. However, after numerous attempts, I still cannot successfully pass the verification. Here are the error messages and screenshots of the emails.

I am really frustrated and don’t know what to do next. I hope someone can help me figure out how to solve this problem so that I can pass the verification and keep my account active. :slightly_frowning_face:



I think it is because it does not support Chinese ID cards! I will apply for a passport tomorrow and try again.

There is a similar issue from this post too when register as trader , Chinese ID not supported

I will go to apply for a passport on Monday and try again! If the passport cannot be approved by the trader, it will be a tragedy.
