The binds for moving the camera left/right are not working by themselves. They only work while zooming the camera out

Steps to Reproduce
Pressing left/right,
To move Left/Right, press zoom out and then press Left/right
Expected Result
Pressing Left has the camera pan left and pressing right pans right
Observed Result
The camera not panning left/right with pressing keys

I’ve already tried different binds but that did not work.
