I am unable to switch projects unless I restart uefn, this happens since 38.00 and it give this error

It happens by the way when I already have a project open. And then when I want to switch to another project this happens

Thank you, Finest. The team is aware of an issue where plugins aren’t being properly terminated. This should be addressed in 38.10.
FORT-1006739 is ‘Closed’ as ‘Fixed’. The issue will be addressed in 38.10.
