Unable to Launch Session RESOLVED

Summary

For the past few days, I’ve been unable to log in to the session due to a critical internal cook error. This happens when I have the HLODS built for some reason—if I delete them, the session works, but then I can’t use the HLODS. The island is well under downloading and uploading size and currently at a peak of 90k of in-game memory. This error appeared randomly and has happened to me every time since. I hope a solution can be found.

Stability

Steps to Reproduce

  • Build HLODS (Possibily on a medium-size island)
  • Launch or Push Changes
  • Wait for the download in-game

Expected Result

I should be able to successfully log into the session, even with the HLODS built, being under the memory limits set by UEFN.

Observed Result

The download fails and I get an error in the game, in the Output and Message Log (images attached below). As a result, I can’t log into the session (with the HLODS built) and proceed with my work.

The error now occurs also without the HLODs built, so the problem aren’t the HLODS but something else

Hello, what do you mean by “talking to the team administrator”? If you mean the project’s team,I’m the only one working on it and therefore the owner, and the error occurrs randomly too. I tried verifying the files, doing a fresh install of UEFN and Fortnite, deleting particular assets and even without the HLODS now I get the error 99% of the time (sometimes it works but then it happens again).

I also noticed in the log that the error occurs after “GetProjectDownloadSize” with a bit of "TickTracker Ticks have been delayed. I don’t know if that’s related to the problem though.

The status of FORT-1074392 changed to ‘Needs Triage’. We’ve confirmed the issue and it’s waiting to be assigned to someone to fix it.
