Good morning,
We’re trying to create a UEFN team.
When my colleagues try to add me using the name “Alex9MD”,
they get the message “Unable to find account ‘Alex9MD’”.
They also tried “Ale9MD”, but it didn’t work either.
However, if I create a team and add them, it works fine.
Could there be an issue with my account name?
We also tried using the invite link, but it takes me to a page that says I don’t have authorization from the team to view it.

- Invite Collaborator
- Search " Alex9MD "
Expected Result
Be able to join a team, find my account
Observed Result
Impossible find the account " Alex9MD"
