I don’t get any update on my launcher, Trying re-installing again from web. Will let everyone know if it worked or not.
Still downloading the same version from the website. Can anyone help there?
If you are on 18.11, you should have got a force update to downgrade it since yesterday like below:
You can check your version from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Binaries\Win64
Is this issue back? I seem unable to install plugins from the launcher just like what is described in this thread. Launcher version 19.1.2-49184557+++UE5+Release-Distro-5.5

There has been some slow down due to hogwarts recently so am not sure if that is impacted as well.
Otherwise try to import from the editor inbuilt fab.
I’m getting this issue, same error code as @Tijdlab.
It seems to be just one plugin, the others that I’ve tried have installed fine. I’ve tried on multiple devices with the same error, so is it something with my account?
It suddenly resolved itself for me, after an update to the awful new Epic Games Launcher.. I can’t help you mate, sorry..

I got mine fixed, thanks to some awesome person in a random Discord.
Put in a support ticket here → https://support.fab.com/
Say something along these lines “I am still experiencing the error with the Ascent Combat Framework ultimate asset - it’s been giving me an error code of IS-0009 - after some research I believe its in reference to Issue EMP-18467.”
You’ll get an email asking to close Epic Games and try again and poof… magic!
