Unable to download project from URC

Summary

I am unable to sync a project from URC to local PC. I had to remove the local version and redownload the project from URC but it will not work. I tried to sync to local PC on another device (laptop using a different account), and a team member also tried to get the project on their desktop but it will not work.

Steps to Reproduce

Delete project from local device. Try to resync project to local device from URC.

Expected Result

Sync project from URC to local device.

Observed Result

Unable to sync project to local device, button to “sync locally” does not appear.

Can you give me a bit more context on what led to this?

  • What was the reason for needing to delete the project locally and resyncing it?
  • Had you or a teammate turned off URC in the editor before deleting it locally?
  • Can you please give me your project’s ID? You can find it in the URL when viewing the project in the Creator Portal

Just noting that we resolved this offline with @OMGitsRabies.

It was due to disabling URC on the project, before deleting the project locally.
