Summary
New Verse Devices created give the “Failed To Load” error once push changes are made. This is a brand new default hello_world_device but it happens with any new verse device created.

Steps to Reproduce
- Go Into Verse Explorer and create a new verse file. You can leave the default values
- Drag the new verse device into the world. and click on the outliner to see the details.
- Push changed and see how the “Failed to Load Verse File” replaces the details view.
Expected Result
Ability to create a new verse device. 
Observed Result
Verse device in world doesn’t work and it’s not able to be serialized.

This makes it nigh impossible to develop :(. Sadness all around. Any help will be greatly appreciated. be happy to provide as much information as needed.
