Unable to Connect to Live Edit Session - v29.10

Recent 29.10 update has spawned a PlatformCook Error when trying to launch a live edit session.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a Project inside of UEFN

  2. Click “Launch Session”

Expected Result

The expected result is that I load into a session.

Observed Result

Session begins to connect, then red errors fill the output log:

PlatformCook: Error: We hit an internal downloading error
PlatformCook: Error: GameFeaturePlugin.StateMachine.Downloading.BundleManager.OnComplete.Failed_Journal_Before_Download
PlatformCook: Error: CookJobId:{CookJobId}
PlatformCook: Error: Unknown

Also, note that while writing this bug report (and idling in UEFN) it then hard crashed with the error:

Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION writing address 0x0000000000000003

FortniteClient_Win64_Shipping

I have tried restarting a couple times and still am running into the same internal error.
