Summary
In mobile, the minimap does not abide by the rules that the map controller/HUD controller. This makes making UI that works across mobile, console and pc very hard as there elements that work on the PC and console don’t work on mobile due to the map being stuck.

Steps to Reproduce
Set mini map to be anywhere using HUD controller, load up mobile session. Does not work
Expected Result
Mobile should adhear to the same rule set as other platforms
Observed Result
mini map top right. Should be bottom left.
