Hello, I’ve been scratching my head over a problem for several days now.
Initially, I released a “test” version of my game, which worked fine on Android but had very little content. Now I’ve finished a viable version of my game, but when I try to build, I get a whole bunch of different errors. The first error was that the package exceeded 2GB, to which I responded by checking the box allowing me to exceed this limit.
Since then, I’ve been getting this error :
I’ve tried almost everything, changing the SDK, NDK, Java, I’ve even reinstalled Android Studio following the guide word for word. Nothing seems to work.
I’m using UE 5.3

This helped me: Unreal 5.1 package project for Android error org.codehaus.groovy.vmplugin.v7.Java7 and java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError
I had to uninstall my Android studio and get the 4.0 one and use its JRE
You can ignore the part about editing the bat file since you are on 5.3

Thanks for your help. I followed the whole thing, and it didn’t work. I had an error saying the SDK wasn’t installed properly. It seems to only work with what we can find in the documentation.
I’m convinced it’s an issue with Gradle because there’s always an issue with Gradle.
I’ve made some progress on the issue (by reducing the size of my project), but I’m still stuck with this licensing problem.

Sorry, I had given up a bit and am only now replying. Initially, I had reduced the size of the images in my game, thinking that would work around the problem. But I realized that my game was loading too much at launch (in short, I was using hard references instead of soft references—more information on this topic RAM spiking when launching game ).
Now I no longer have the “array size too large” problem, but I’m still troubled by another error:

At least i had ILicenseResultListener.aidl:1.1-2 related issue , got it fixed by deleting “Intermediate”,Saved and Build folder and then rebuilding the app, Hope it may help you
