Hi,
I’m trying to get an account into the island creator program so that it can publish islands and I keep getting an error when starting the application that the account doesn’t meet the eligibility requirements.
Despite what the error says, the account is more than 30 days old and has been active in UEFN for at least 7 of the last 30 days. I also meet the other requirements listed on the website.
I sent a ticket to support but no reply yet and I’m hoping someone on the forums here could have some insight into what I’m doing wrong? Thanks in advance!
