[UMG] Outline color doesnt hide when dropping render opacity of parent element

Summary

Outline color doesn’t hide when dropping render opacity of parent element, as seen in the picture attached. This requires major workarounds, like making our own custom outline inside materials so we can hide it.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a widget
Place an overlay and then an image, make it size 100 both XY
On the image, set render as Rounded Box
On the outline, make the alpha be 1 and make sure you see an outline around the image (if not, tweak tint)
Set the image render opacity to 0

Expected Result

Outline goes away

Observed Result

Outline stays visible
