UMG minimap Use only heighst point?

Hi,

I followed the UMG tutorial for creating a minimap and was wondering if there was a way to limit what the camera shows to the minimap. I’m quite new to ue4 and know nothing on materials.

The problem I have with the basic one from the tutorial is because the camera is a perspective, I can see walls etc. So what I’d like to do is just create a white outline of my map (which is procedurally generated), my guess the easiest way would be to use the tops of the outlining walls, and paint them white. Or something.

Not sure if I asked very well, I can try and send pictures showing what I mean if it makes more sense.
