It appears only the HUD message device is affected by HUD scaling which makes it difficult to use it in combination with the pop-up dialog device.

Steps to Reproduce
- create a custom widget
- use that same widget in both HUD message device and pop-up dialog
- use the same screen anchor in both devices
- view the result with different HUD scales
Expected Result
Both devices give identical results regardless of HUD scaling (so either both scale or neither does)
Observed Result
Widget shown by the HUD message device is scaled while the pop-up dialog device’s isn’t resulting in mismatched scaling
