UI animation track can't recover deleted sub track of sub property

“Scale” is a sub property of “Transform” in RenderTransform. I deleted the “Scale” sub track from “Transform”, and can’t get it back. The “Add a keyframe for this property” button next to “Scale” property does nothing.
