Summary
As seen in the screenshot, the toolbar is visible but the widgets that show transforms and snapping are no longer visible. I’ve tried the following solutions with no success:
- Rebooting PC
- Reinstalling UEFN
- Clearing Caches
- Resetting to default viewports
- Checking other viewports
- Toggling toolbar visibility (this BRIEFLY shows the widgets for a split second)
- Scaling the viewport small/large within the editor and while popped-out

No clue how to reproduce.
Expected Result
Transform widgets appear on the toolbar in the viewport.
Observed Result
Transform widgets are not present on the viewport toolbar whilst the toolbar is visible
