Additional Notes

This should be the project id, not sure if it’s correct since I haven’t had issues like this before: b7441054-4494-67b0-090a-f990fb89b61d/releases

I was told to tag: @Jimbohalo10

Please let me know if there’s anything I missed sending or doing.

hi @PhantqmForce ,

Looking at this line in the log shows this to be a Fortnite built-in asset, and the Validation Fixer won’t touch the `NewRoguelikeActor.

Please could you Verify your installation as Verify Fortnite Post just to make sure nothing is wrong

LogValkyrieSyncProject: Error: Failed to find public assets [Failed to read C:/Users/Phant/Documents/Fortnite Projects/NewRoguelike/Content/_ExternalActors_/NewRoguelike/0/OV/W8A430MMOH59XHXVVDWHVJ.uasset]

@Jimbohalo10

I got a error like this trying to verify my files, my download and maps folder is not under C:/ User, I changed it to a different drive.

Hi @PhantqmForce

The error has an Epic Support article

IS-0007 or IS-0009: Manifest failed to load - Epic Games Store Support

This is saying to uninstall the Eplc Games Launcher from Windows Program Uninstaller

Delete the hidden files path and download, and install the new Epic Games Launcher.

Try verifying Fortnite again.

A few weeks ago, a corrupted Epic Launcher was sent out, and that cannot be updated; the EPGL must be uninstalled first.

@Jimbohalo10

I reinstalled my whole epic games files, deleted all folders and installed Fortnite and UEFN again.

Now I was able to verify the files, now after making a edit and saving there’s no more yellow errors as seen before.

Still getting the error when trying to launch the session.

hi @PhantqmForce ,

Possibly in the last update, the words Rogue Like are now part of the reserved words of TMT

In past versions, this was originally in TMT Rogue Like as (

This is the original encrypted Fortnite public asset path (NewRoguelike/4/GW/R3DNAJR9MC3WGM4R4WX3MU.uasset)

If this were a FAB store reference, then it would just be a refresh of a reference.

This is something to do with being a Fortnite Rogue Like and TMT.

One of your assets has something to do with Rogue Like.

There does not seem to be an actual way of finding the name of the asset

Possibly try this generated potential answer, as this area is not cleared during an upgrade

  • Delete specific files (PC): Some users have found that deleting specific files from the AppData folder resolved the issue.

    • Navigate to \AppData\Local\FortniteGame and delete the entire folder (back it up first if you’re concerned).

Something in the Content display is still linked to an asset

@Jimbohalo10

My projects name is “Newroguelike”

I can still try the steps you told me but could that also be the case?

hi @PhantqmForce ,

This has happened before, where words have now been reserved and are used as project names.

Open a new project with a name maybe related to a character in your in UEFN project.

Import the assets from NewRougeLike projects to the new project,

@Jimbohalo10

How can I move everything to a new project?

Possibly try an example

Migration is the only thing I tried

@Jimbohalo10

Seems that this fixed the issue, hopefully my map will still land on the front page since now it’s a duplicate.

Not sure if UEFN counts the hours I been working on this project for.

Thanks for you help.
