Validation Issues when Launcing session from migrated maps that previously had data-layer assets
Steps to Reproduce
Create a datalayer asset then add assets into the datalayer then delete the data layer(s) from the project then migrate the level to the new project
Expected Result
Validation errors for all actors from deleted data layers
Observed Result
unable to validate unless all of the deleted data layer props are removed
