UEFN stuck at 0% on loading

I have the same issue. But I launch UEFN by closing epic games launcher and running UEFN from exe file. It located on Fortnite\FortniteGame\Binaries\Win64\UnrealEditorFortnite.exe

Same issue. I tried to launch the editor with the ā€œ-logā€ flag and this is the latest log entries:

I don’t know if this will help ,but i got this problem too though not in UEFN, but on my own project.
once i ported it from 5.2 to 5.3, and probably actually after updated the include order on build.cs file.
it only happens after packaging the project. both on windows and linux.

be aware that running as admin is a potential security risk as well as usually messing up file permissions.
