Summary
After adding a few things to the project (which are not too much) the session decided to just not load. I don’t know if this is a result because of v38.00 but since the update I always load into the waiting hub until eventually it eliminates me and fails to load.

Launch session and wait normally until it fails to download.
Expected Result
It should normally take me into the project like usual with no issue.
Observed Result
It eliminates me and says how it fails to download.
