UEFN Revision Control Falsely Modifies Files

Whether using Unreal Revision Control or another Version Control System, whenever you open a project, it immediately marks files as modfied.

Here is an example (Screenshot). I updated the repo (PlasticSCM), opened UEFN and tried to build. Instantly was told I needed to save.

This happens in URC every session as well. Even moving projects out of Documents with Microsoft OneDrive does not solve this problem.

Please advise/and fix.
