Summary
UEFN reports a download size of 373.42 MiB / 400 MiB and says “Ready to Publish,” but Creator Portal reports 437.18 MB / 400 MB and blocks publishing.
After removing obsolete assets and uploading three new private versions, the portal size went from 437.32 → 437.28 → 437.18 MB. Restarting UEFN and refreshing the size report hasn’t resolved the discrepancy.
Why are these figures different, and how can I determine the actual download size?

Steps to Reproduce
Open the UEFN project and remove obsolete assets and their unused references.
Save the project and compile Verse successfully.
Upload changes, run the publishing/memory validation workflow, and create a new private version.
Check UEFN’s Publishing Report.
Open that same private version in Creator Portal and compare its download-size validation.
Expected Result
The editor and Creator Portal should agree on publishing eligibility.
Observed Result
UEFN reports 373.42 MiB and “Ready to Publish,” while Creator Portal reports 437.18 MB and blocks publishing. Three successive cleanup candidates reduced the portal figure by only 0.14 MB in total.
Restarting UEFN and refreshing its size report earlier did not resolve the discrepancy. Logs confirm successful uploads of new module versions.
