UEFN questions

Hello everyone, my team and I have decided to switch completely to UEFN, but we have two questions.

  1. If we create a mode where there will be screamers, blood, weapons, and when a player is killed, he does not disappear, but simply falls and remains on the map (like GTA, Roblox, etc.), we are not talking about sex, drugs, we just would like to go within the limits and make a 16+\18+ mode, will you provide us with account blocking and can we propose Epic Games in court to our indie company? (We would like to use our own skins in the future and not use Fortnite skins if that helps)
  2. Guys yes we know Fortnite is popular with 100 players but we are planning to make a framework like SAMP, FiveM and it looks like you are downloading our multiplayer (open source which will be available on github) but at the same time our multiplayer will not have skins (including collabs with personalities names) and you can create any content, blood etc (16+ server) can we sue epic games? Even Take Two already supports FiveM (lol she bought them).
  3. Also, does epic games have any future plans for 16/17/18+ modes? Is there a chance that in the future we will be allowed to choose the age rating for each mode? for example 16+? Or will this never happen? So far, roblox/gmod/s&box are more open to such modes and do not block them, although roblox is essentially a game for children, should we expect permission for 16/18+ modes to appear in the future?
  1. I don’t know about the court stuff, but The MAX allowed age rating a experience can be is TEEN/PEGI 12

  2. You CAN’T make outside calls from a fortnite server so no connecting with anything outside the fortnite ecosystem is not possible for a variety of reasons, Having extensive UGC for users (Them making content) inside the map is not allowed as per Rule 1.2 because this bypasses epic’s children safety moderation, as it will be impossible to pinpoint who broke rules, You CAN’T sue epic for content you make in fortnite and unrelated to fortnite but rockstar bought FiveM to make it more compliant to their rules, the original founders of FiveM have since been fired and the policies regarding servers there have been tightened.

  3. Don’t really have the information about the future but the roadmap has no signs of something of that nature

When your game is ready for submission, you will be asked to complete the rating guidelines. Fortnite only allows bloodless violence. No reference to drugs or even tobacco. The rules are pretty strict. In other words, there is no Grand Theft Auto possible in UEFN. I would suggest reviewing the ratings guidelines. It might be that Unreal Engine is better suited for the type of games you want to make.
