Summary
When converting or creating a project using UEFN, players lose the ability to play Jam Tracks that are not included in their locker pre-set loadout, even when selecting YES or Default in island settings.

Steps to Reproduce
Situation 1 - Playing an Island made in Creative
Situation 2 - After converting an Island to UEFN
Situation 2.1 - Creating an Island using UEFN
Situation 3 - Changing the JAM TRACK settings in “Islands Settings”
Expected Result
Situation 1 - Players should have access to all their inventory jam tracks, just like emotes.
Situation 2 - Players should have access to all their inventory jam tracks, just like emotes.
Situation 2.1 - Players should have access to all their inventory jam tracks, just like emotes.
Situation 3 - Settings should change jam tracks wheel behaviour
Observed Result
Situation 1 - Players will have access to all jam tracks avaliable in their inventory during play mode.
Situation 2 - Players will lose the ability to play all their tracks, only being able to use the ones they had on loadout.
Situation 2.1 - Same as when you convert an Creative island to a UEFN one.
Situation 3 - Changing JAM TRACK settings from “Default” to “YES” don’t change the behaviour.
