Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open my UEFN project (SAVE CHICKENS).

  2. Run Launch Memory Calculation to generate private version 6.22.

  3. Open Creator Portal and check the private versions page.

  4. Version 6.22 remains stuck on “Processing”, preventing me from creating a release.

  5. Run Launch Memory Calculation again, generating private version 6.23.

  6. Return to Creator Portal. Version 6.23 does not appear, and the website displays “Something went wrong”.

Expected Result

Private versions should appear in Creator Portal after uploading and completing the required processing. Memory calculation results should be recognized, and I should be able to create a release and publish my island update.

Observed Result

Private version 6.22 remains stuck on “Processing”, even though the page also displays “Completed” in the notes. Private version 6.23 does not appear in Creator Portal. The website sometimes displays “Something went wrong”. I cannot create a release or publish my update.

Additional Notes

This issue is blocking an important update to my published island, SAVE CHICKENS (2663-1000-6946).

I have already attempted another memory calculation, creating version 6.23, but the portal still only shows version 6.22. The issue persisted for at least 15 minutes.

Please investigate whether the private versions are stuck in backend processing or failing to synchronize with Creator Portal. Is it possible to recover the existing versions without generating additional ones?

Update: The issue has now persisted for several hours. Private version 6.22 (5817-7642-9236), created on October 28 at 22:24 local time, is still shown as “Processing” under In-Island Transactions, and “Create release” remains disabled. A subsequent memory calculation generated version 6.23, but it does not appear in Creator Portal; the page has also displayed “Something went wrong.”

Could you check the backend processing and synchronization status for these private versions and confirm whether they can be recovered without creating more versions? I can provide the 6.23 private code, project identifiers and UEFN logs privately if needed

Hi @XxRyZe - could you try creating a new private version today? This should be fixed.

Could you also take a look at your browser console to see what error is being reported when you get the error?
