Summary
Every time I load up Unreal Editor for Fortnite, it will always get stuck on 0%. I have left my Laptop on the whole night and the percent number didn’t budge. I have tried numerous ways to fix this. I have also looked at the Issues And Bug Reporting but there are only a few Issues exactly like mine and Epic Games simply don’t want to fix this Issue.

Steps to Reproduce
I do not know how to reproduce this issue because I this is my only laptop and I do not know what is happening.
Expected Result
The Percentage should reach 100% and start UEFN.
Observed Result
I don’t have any result.
