Summary

I’m reaching out to report an issue I’ve encountered with Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) where my work hours are not being recorded correctly. Despite actively working in UEFN for an extended period, my total recorded hours have not updated, remaining at 148 hours even after an additional 20 hours of work.

This issue directly affects my eligibility for the Creator Program, as I need to accumulate a minimum of 168 hours to apply. I’ve relied on these hours to qualify, and I’m concerned that this discrepancy could impact my application.

Could you please investigate why my hours are not updating as expected and assist me in resolving this issue? Ensuring accurate recording of my work hours is crucial for my participation in the Creator Program.

Hello,

Just to clear up your misconception - You do not need to have 7 days worth of hours in UEFN, you’d just need to use UEFN once per day for 7 days.

So at minimum I’d just open UEFN and launch a session every day. Do it for about 10 days if you don’t immediately see it on “day 7”

Good luck.

Thanks ))

yes but it doesnt count hours or minutes so it wont read the 7 day entry thing ive been logging in for 25 days and working in uefn for 7-10h a day and it doesnt let me in the program friends have the same issue pls fix the game

I’m not sure if that counter is the same counter used to determine the whole “7 days” requirement.

I’d try contacting creator support if you’ve been using UEFN for that many days and are still not eligible.

they pretty much said idk lol and cant help me
