Possibly need to Verify the installation as in
urc.exe and urc.dll get flagged as Malware from Microsoft Defender - General / Issues and Bug Reporting - Epic Developer Community Forums (unrealengine.com)

Hello, I had the same problem , I fixed mine by backing up your files, then restore your computer. that fixed everything.

If fixed itself when it was updated for starwars update.
