UEFN crashing before loading, Fortnite not loading

Summary

My UEFN crashes before even loading, I tried uninstalling and re-installing but nothing changed. For Fortnite, it starts loading but gives an error saying “unable to log in” or something like that. Here is the error code for UEFN :
Fatal error: [File:Z:\UEVFS\Root\Engine\Source\Runtime\PakFile\Private\PakFile.cpp] [Line: 370]
Corrupt pak index detected on pak file: ../../../FortniteGame/Content/Paks/pakChunkEarly-WindowsClient.pak

hi @DreyMaster ,
check for corruption on disk using windows 11 command line right-click Run as Administrator

C:> chkdsk /f/r c:
Restart the PC and scanning automatically starts and fixes any errors
This might not fix the problem wont be corrupted system disk

Hello, I tried typing this on the command prompt, restarted the PC but the problem is still there.

Try suggestion here

I have used this method twice this update, once from crashing while saving and the other time I don’t know why, but the project would not open, all good now.
