Summary
This issue has been ocurring since the 32.00 update (as far as I’m aware) and has been causing one of my projects to significantly slow down the editor before triggering a “GPU Crash Dump” or giving me a text box with an error as well. Loading into the project while in PC Performance Mode preview seems to stop the crashing. It also seems to be one specific area of the map that upon being loaded causes the issue, as I can fly around fine until I reach this area, leading me to believe it might be one specific actor causing this although I’m not sure.
A friend of mine opened the same project in their own machine, however the issue persisted with the same behavior (Opened > Shaders load > Slow down > Crash).
I’ve tried many workarounds, including a full disk format but nothing has seemed to work. Currently I launch UEFN with the “-d3d11” command just in case, but it doesn’t seem to alter anything regarding this issue.

Steps to Reproduce
I have not been experiencing this issue anywhere else, so I order to reproduce the issue I’ve uploaded a copy of my project.
Download SpeedyEdits2Remake.zip - Google Drive and move the folder to where Fortnite Projects are being stored.
Launch UEFN and open the project with no preview mode.
Wait until all shaders are done loading.
Expected Result
Before, the project would open and run fine with no major performance issues.
Observed Result
Now the project crashes or slows down UEFN to the point of being unusable.
