UEFN checks edits landscape every time after syncing

Summary

We have a map with a landscape, and every time anyone on the project syncs down changes to the map (even when the changes are to completely unrelated files), the editor pops a toaster about rebuilding grass maps and then dirties all the landscape files. This leads to those files constantly getting rechecked in, and being locked 99% of the time when someone actually does want to edit them.

Steps to Reproduce

Have a map with a landscape (this isn’t happening in all our maps so I wouldn’t expect this to be 100% repro)
Have another user change something unrelated to the landscape and submit.
Get Latest in UEFN as the original user

Expected Result

Ideally you would just sync latest and be ready to go, for us in this map it dirties and wants to save/checkout all the landscape files every time.
