UE5 - Static Lights not loading in after being packaged

Can anyone help me at all?

I have been making an android game in UE5.03 but have been having some issues with the lighting as they don’t load in after they are packaged for development. I haven’t tried any other types of packaging other than development. The lights work perfectly when in the editor as shown in the images as a comparison. I am using Box Brushes as the walls and floor but I have a feeling that that isn’t the problem as the grass and footpath are static meshes.
