I wanted to explore more possibilities for future game environment, and this is what I got.
This scene is made up entirely of high-poly models, most of which are millions of triangles, some tens of millions of triangles, and the entire environment has hundreds of millions of triangles. These models was created by artist GoldSmooth.
Full dynamic lighting and projection, you can watch the lighting and shadows change in real time through the changing sunlight, the mirror ball shot from a gun, and the lamp knocked down.
In a lot of optimization work and Nvidia DLSS function support, finally got these result, just for reference.

This is…wow. Easily one of the most stunning projects I’ve had the fortune of seeing. I just had to do a quick google of the Palais Garnier and your project definitely does it justice. The intricate details, warm golden light, and artistry are all done so beautifully. With every rewatch, I got to see more of all the more subtle features and it just got better and better.
