UE5 LOD bug on skeletal mesh

It sounds like a version-specific bug. Try checking your LOD settings in the skeletal mesh and blueprint, making sure “Forced LOD” isn’t enabled. Reimporting the mesh and setting up the LODs from scratch might help. As a temporary fix, you can create custom LOD logic in the blueprint or material. If these don’t work, reporting the issue to Epic Games might help get it fixed in future updates.
