UE5 Crashes when Trying to Open ContentExamples Levels

I downloaded the UE5 ContentExamples project from the marketplace and opened it. The file opened on a blank map (the open world default map.) I tried to open the levels that were in the project (i.e. ParallaxOcclusionMapping, Lighting, etc.) but UE5 crashes every time.

FYI I am running this in an Intel iMac on the newest version of UE5 and macOS.

Also, another weird thing in this project is that I can’t change anything in the Project Settings panel. It says “DefaultEngine.ini is unwritable” or something along those lines.
