UE5 crash in Ubuntu linux

Hi folks:

I’ve downloaded the UE5 binaries for my new install of Ubuntu 22.04.1 and followed the instructions to run them here: Installing Unreal Engine | Unreal Engine 5.0 Documentation

and got the following error:

…/Linux_Unreal_Engine_5.0.3$ Engine/Binaries/Linux/UnrealEditor
Engine/Binaries/Linux/UnrealEditor: error while loading shared libraries: libfbxsdk.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

What should I try from this point?

Thanks, Michael

OK, Looks like the issue was my Nvidia driver installation (surprise, surprise). The edit runs now, and I was able to create a 3rd person project, but it looks like the editor is offline and it did not require me to do a login to my epic games account. I can’t see any way to manually initiate that login - how do I manage to log in?

Thanks, Michael
