UE5 blurrier/more pixelated than UE4 [Comparison provided]

Maybe there’s something I’m supposed to do, so feel free to let me know - but for some reason the same scene rendered through sequencer in UE5 looks extremely bad compared to UE4. Here’s a comparison:

This is the shot in UE4. As you can see clear and crisp visuals.

Here is the shot in UE5

Now obviously the lighting is different due to lumen, but I’m using the same camera and render output settings (3840x2160) as the other shot. I’m literally doing things the exact same way, yet for some reason it not only looks blurrier it has a pixelated look to it if you zoom in a little bit. I’ve also noticed this when I play, and it’s made especially worse when animations are actually playing, it’s a strange pixelated glitching/ghosting effect.

I reset the anti aliasing to TAA in the project settings so it can’t be that. Honestly no clue what it could be so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Looks like the forum downgraded the quality of both images so even the first is blurry now. But you can hopefully still see the visual disparity between the two.

Simple ask, did you check this ?

Yeah that’s set to 100. Like I said everything looks fine in the viewport, realtime enabled etc. It’s when rendered through sequencer or played in pie or standalone that things look blurry.
